ID Cards:
Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa will issue I.D. cards and barcodes through the Worldgate member app to all members at the time their membership commences. All members must sign in at the reception desk, show I.D. cards or scan member barcode at the beginning of each visit, even if they are recognized by Club personnel. Members must be in possession of the card or barcode during the course of their visit. Membership I.D. solely and exclusively for the use of the Member and are not transferable, except as set forth in the Membership Contract. If presented by a person other than the Member, the I.D. barcode or card will be confiscated, and the membership may be terminated. Worldgate Club assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or confiscated I.D. cards and will require a replacement card and a service charge of $5.00 plus tax for replacement.

Sat – Sun 7:00am to 7:30pm - Hours of operation are subject to change, without notice, at the discretion of Worldgate Club. Members are allowed on the premises only during posted hours. Members and their guests must leave the pool area 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time. All other facilities, including the gym, sauna and steam room must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time.
Guest Privileges:
- Members may bring adult guests as desired (limit 3 guests per visit) at $25.00 plus tax per visit per adult. Each guest must register at the reception desk and sign all required forms. Worldgate Club is under no obligation to investigate or request medical documentation regarding a guest’s physical condition. A guest is entitled to use all the facilities, except as may be noted on the guest pass or series card. Guest must also present photo I.D. to reception while on the premises.
- Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa reserves the right to cancel guest privileges at its discretion, without notice. Guests must assume full responsibility for their own safety while visiting the club or using the facilities and must observe the instructions of the Worldgate Club staff. Each guest must be accompanied by a Member at the time of admittance, keep their receipt and Member must remain in the Club for the duration of the guest’s visit. The Club will not reimburse Member for lost guest passes. NO ONE UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) WILL BE PERMITTED IN CLASSES, STEAMROOM/SAUNA OR ON THE TRAINING FLOOR/CARDIO AREAS. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) IS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MASSAGE OR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS.
- Children & youth guest pass: Members or adult guests may bring up to three (3) youth guests per visit (6-17 years old) for a charge of $25.00 plus tax per youth. Youth guests may use the pool only on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00am – 9:30pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am – 6:00pm; and Saturdays and Sunday from 10:00am – 3:30pm, provided that each youth is accompanied and supervised by the Member or adult guest at all times during such visits. Youth guests six (6) years of age and older must use the appropriately gendered locker room. Youth guests under the age of six (6) may enter the health club without charge.
Overview:
- No food or beverages permitted in club. Exceptions are energy bars & water. Also anything the club serves at special events, including: open houses, parties, classes, etc.
- All coats and personal belongings should be stored away in lockers.
- Towels are available with membership and must be checked out and returned to towel dispensing machine. Members will incur a $5 fee per towel that is not returned to towel machine.
- WGAC will not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by any members or guest which harasses, disrupts, or interferes with another’s use or enjoyment of the health club or which creates an intimidating, offensive or hostile environment.
- Any member who behaves aggressively or inappropriately toward staff or other members is subject to expulsion or termination of membership.
- Any member or guest under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs should refrain from use of the facilities.
- All times, fees, rules and regulations may be changed by Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa at its sole discretion at any time, without notice.
Cell Phones:
- Texting, e-mails, reading or listening to music (with headphones) is permitted anywhere in the club (expect in class)
- Talking or FaceTime is only permitted in main entrance hallway, lobby or outside training floor hallway.
- Camera or video (without other members images) are permitted anywhere except; classes, locker rooms, steam & sauna.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal cell phones, including any put into our charging stations.
Training floor:
- No outside trainers allowed.
- No virtual personal training allowed.
- Appropriate gym attire is required (no sandals, jeans, cutoffs, etc)
- Please allow others to work in.
- We appreciate if you return and rerack weights when finished.
- Swearing, grunting and loud noises are distracting and offensive to others.
- Wipe off Equipment for the benefit of your fellow members.
Main Studio:
- No one permitted entrance 5 minutes after class has begun.
- Proper attire required (t-shirt, pants, etc.)
- Athletic/fitness/dance shoes for all exercise classes with the exception of meditational classes where socks or bare feet are acceptable.
- Equipment may not be removed from studio
- Stereo use is not permitted.
- No children under 18 permitted.
- No cell phone use permitted.
- Studio light should remain on at all times unless instructor turns them off.
- Do not enter studio until prior class participants have left.
- Only participants in class activity are permitted inside classroom. No spectators allowed.
- We reserve the right to limit class size when necessary.
Locker Rooms:
- Daily lockers must be emptied out every day. We are not responsible for any articles left overnight.
- We do not recommend bringing valuables to the club. Any items left in a locker are at some risk and are the responsibility of members.
- Rental lockers must be paid for and arranged at the front desk and otherwise should not be used. These lockers are subject to inspection as needed for pest control purposes.
- No storage of food in any lockers.
Steam & Sauna:
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.
- Please cover up when using these facilities (ie: bathing suit, towel, etc.).
- No street clothes or outside footwear permitted.
- Sit on towels when sitting in either room for hygienic purposes.
- No scents, oils or lotions allowed.
- No tampering with sensors or equipment.
- Stay hydrated and exceeding 20 minutes is not recommended.
- No hanging or drying clothing in sauna as it creates a potential fire hazard.
- No paper materials are permitted in the sauna.

Pool:
- Shower before entering pool
- No street shoes/sneakers. Flip flops may be worn, otherwise bare feet.
- No breath-holding contests. Taking deep breaths, one after the other, before swimming underwater, can be deadly!

Whirlpool:
- Refer to Department of Health code signs on-site.
Stretch Room:
- Proper attire required (ie: t-shirts, pants, socks, etc.)
- No wet bathing suits
- Put away equipment when finished, for consideration of other members.
- No sleeping.
Sundeck:
- Glass/ Bottles: are not permitted at anytime.
- Showering: wash off lotions/ oils prior to re-entering the pool.
- Food & Beverage: members are permitted food and beverages on the sundeck. No: cooking, glass or alcoholic beverages permitted.
- Music: must use headphones with any device. No speakers
- Chaise lounges: Limit one per person. No reserving chaises. Chaises left unattended for over 30 minutes may be reissued. Chaises must remain on the turf or within designated areas.
Sport Courts:
- All WGAC Gym members and guests are to follow the safety guidelines and hours of operation listed on-site relating to racquetball, squash, basketball/pickleball and tennis courts, as well as any instructions articulated by WGAC staff.
Spa:
