Samantha has more than 20 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her love of fitness extends outside the wall of the Fitness Studio and Gym. Samantha is a runner and has participated in numerous endurance events to include multiple Half Marathons, Full Marathons and Half Iron Man races. Samantha’s education and experience will provide you with a holistic approach to your training. She will work in partnership with you to achieve your goals whether they are to get stronger, fitter, leaner or just to remain active!
