WTS International, LLC d/b/a Arch Amenities Group, Hutchinson Consulting; and Arch Apps, LLC, with their corporate headquarters at 2 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 1240, Miami, Florida 33134, United States of America, (collectively, “Arch Amenities Group”, “AAG”, “Arch”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provide various websites, applications (“apps”) available to customers and visitors located throughout the world. Our websites and apps include, without limitation, this website and other customer facing platforms we do or may operate, including www.hutchinsonconsulting.com, profiles.archamenity.com, insights.archamenity.com, archamenityevents.com, various facility websites we operate, Exceed By Arch Digital, and other affiliated mobile apps (collectively, our “Sites”). Our sites are controlled and operated from the United States and are subject to United States law.
Arch Amenities Group respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Sites and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- On our Sites.
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Sites.
- When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Arch Amenities Group offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by any third party; or
- any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Sites.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is to not use our Sites. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Mobile Applications. This policy also applies to the mobile applications that we and our service providers operate or publish, including the WGAC app for Worldgate Athletic Club and Spa (Google Play package com.daxko.club.automation.worldgate) and other facility-branded mobile applications that link to this policy (each, an “App”). References in this policy to our “Sites” include the Apps.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Sites or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Sites and usage details. We collect this information automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies.
Information You Provide to Us.
The information we collect on or through our Sites may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Sites. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Sites.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.
As you navigate through and interact with our Sites, we may use automatic data collection technologies, including Google Analytics, to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Sites, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Sites.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The information we collect automatically may include personal information or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Sites and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Sites according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return to our Sites.
Location Information (Mobile Apps).
Our Apps collect location information only after you have granted location permission on your device. This includes background location access, which supports a core App feature: detecting when you are near one of our facility locations so that the App can prompt you with your membership access card barcode and enable a seamless check-in experience.
Location information is processed on your device to trigger these notifications. It is not stored by the App, it is not stored on our servers, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that third party’s own purposes.
You may grant, manage, or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location permissions will turn off proximity-based check-in prompts but will not otherwise affect your membership or your ability to use the App.
Fitness Class, Program, and Event Participation Information.
Where you reserve, join a waitlist for, cancel, or attend a fitness class, program, appointment, or event through our Sites or Apps, we collect information about that reservation and your attendance. We use this information to administer registrations and waitlists, track participant attendance, confirm space and staffing requirements for each session, and provide you with reminders and your account history.s.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To present our Sites and its contents to you.
- To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection.
- To notify you about changes to our Sites or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
- Where you have granted location permission, to detect when you are near one of our facility locations and to prompt you with your membership access card barcode for check-in.
- To administer class, program, appointment, and event registrations and waitlists, track participant attendance, and confirm space and staffing requirements.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
SMS/Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in, we may send you recurring automated text messages, which may include transactional and operational messages (such as appointment reminders, account and membership notices, and facility alerts) and marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier, and we are not responsible for fees charged by your carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@archamenity.com. We honor opt-out requests submitted through any reasonable means. Opting out of text messages will not affect your membership or your ability to use our services.
We do not sell mobile telephone numbers, and we do not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose them to third parties for those third parties’ own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose your telephone number to service providers we engage to deliver messages on our behalf; those providers are contractually restricted to using it solely to deliver messages for us and may not use or disclose it for any other purpose.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as necessary for a service provider to deliver messages you have asked to receive, or as required by law.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this policy, this section governs our use and disclosure of mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent data.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Arch Amenities Group’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Arch Amenities Group about our Sites users is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arch Amenities Group, our customers, or others.

We use tracking technologies, such as cookies, local storage, and pixel tags as described further below.
Cookies
Cookies may be set and accessed on your computer. Upon your first visit to our Sites, a cookie will be sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. “Cookies” are small files containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer’s browser and stored on your device when you visit a website. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, if you reject cookies, you may not be able to sign into the Sites or take full advantage of our Sites. We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as required to facilitate our operations and the purposes described in this policy, unless you ask us to delete it. We do not apply a fixed deletion date to account and membership records. Members frequently reinstate, and we retain that information indefinitely so that we can restore your membership history, administer billing and facility access, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.
Because retention depends on your relationship with us rather than on a fixed calendar period, we are not able to state a single retention period for each category of information. The criteria we use to determine how long we hold information are: whether your account or membership remains active; whether the information remains necessary to facilitate our operations, including reinstatement, billing, and facility access; whether the information is needed to resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, or establish or defend a legal claim; and whether we are required to retain it to comply with tax, accounting, insurance, audit, or other legal obligations.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To submit a deletion request, use any of the following:
- Email privacy@archamenity.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”; or
- Write to us at Arch Amenities Group, Attn: Privacy, 2 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 1240, Miami, Florida 33134, United States.
So that we can locate your records, please tell us your full name, the email address and mobile telephone number associated with your account, the facility or club you use, and, if your request concerns an App account, the name of the App.
We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and complete it within forty-five (45) calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you before that period expires and explain why. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request. We do not charge a fee for a routine deletion request.
Deleting your data will close any account you hold with us and will end your ability to use the Sites and Apps with that account. We will also instruct any service provider that holds your information on our behalf to delete it. After deletion we may keep a limited record that a request was made and completed, together with any information we are required or permitted to retain under the “Data Retention” section above.
If you only want to stop receiving text messages, you do not need to submit a deletion request — reply STOP to any message from us.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Sites home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Sites and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
